We are looking for a Compliance Manager to join our team of dynamic innovative professionals and to assume responsibility for overseeing all areas of funding compliance. Our ideal candidate is an energetic, detail oriented, professional with extensive section 8 and Section 42 compliance experience work, who enjoys working independently, and is looking to advance their career and grow with our firm. The responsibilities of this position include: reviewing all certifications, preparing year-end and annual reports for funders and monitoring agencies, assisting site staff in preparing for compliance reviews, and providing staff training.
This is a full time, ideally hybrid position.
The successful candidate will have:
- 3 years+ of section 8 and section 42 compliance experience
- Valid driver’s license and insured, and reliable transportation
- Bachelors degree
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Computer competence
- Excellent problem solving, multi-tasking and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work as a positive member of a professional team
- Ability to pass a background check
